Claire Morris, CEO, Sodexo Live! UK & Ireland

Sodexo Live! and STH today announced the appointment of Claire Morris as Chief Executive Officer of STH Group, effective January 1, 2026. Claire will assume this role in addition to her current responsibilities as Sodexo Live! CEO UK & Ireland and Head of Global Sales.

Claire succeeds Chris John, who has served as Chairman and CEO of STH Group for the past 18 years.

Under Chris John’s leadership, STH has established itself as a global reference in commercial travel and hospitality ticketing, delivering major international programs for clients including New Zealand Rugby, the International Cricket Council, World Rugby, Tennis Australia, and Major League Baseball.

With the travel and hospitality ticketing business representing a key strategic pillar for the global expansion of Sodexo Live! Claire Morris’s appointment marks an important new chapter. In her new role, she will oversee STH as a standalone global business, supported by its dedicated leadership team and strengthened governance framework.

Claire brings extensive experience in international business development, global sales, and strategic partnerships in the events and sports industry.

Her leadership will accelerate STH’s priorities, including boosting commercial performance for upcoming major events, expanding partnerships with rightsholders, strengthening synergies with Sodexo Live! in strategic markets, and advancing digital transformation to enhance the experience for clients and customers.

Claire is a highly respected leader with a proven track record of delivering strategic growth. With her leadership, the talent of our teams, and the support of the wider Sodexo Live! organisation, we are confident that STH will accelerate its development and continue setting the benchmark in the global travel and hospitality industry.
